	Under normal circumstances, your gratuity should be given directly to the Captain and he will share with the crew.  A good rule to use is the same scale used at a fine restaurant.
	Poor service - nothing Average service - 10% of the bill (charter cost) Above average service - 15% Outstanding service - 20%
	Remember, your Captain and crew are trained professionals.  Big game fishing is not their hobby, it is their chosen profession.
